Inspection on Arrival

Please inspect the equipment upon arrival. If any item is damaged or missing, contact us within 7 working days with photos or video so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Warranty

All Supersense instruments are covered by the warranty period stated in your order documents. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

Returns and Repairs

Returns are accepted after confirmation by our team. Approved returns are repaired or replaced in accordance with the terms agreed in the order. Please do not ship any equipment back without prior written confirmation.

How to Submit a Claim

Contact us through the inquiry form, WhatsApp or e-mail with your order number, equipment serial number and a description (with photos or video) of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
