Order Processing

Orders are confirmed and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Custom configurations may require a longer preparation time, which will be stated in your order confirmation.

Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide via major international express carriers, air freight and sea freight. The shipping method is selected together with the customer when confirming the order, based on urgency, destination and equipment size.

Packaging

All instruments are packed in export-grade protective packaging. Larger systems are secured in wooden cases suitable for long-distance transport.

Tracking and Delivery

A tracking number or bill of lading is provided as soon as the shipment departs. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method.

Customs and Duties

Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees at the destination country are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
