Quotations and Orders

All quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. An order becomes binding after both parties confirm the specification, price and delivery terms in writing.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in each order confirmation. Title of the goods passes to the buyer after full payment, in line with the agreed trade terms.

Delivery

Delivery schedules are stated in the order confirmation. Supersense is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or force majeure events.

Warranty and Liability

Warranty terms are defined in the order documents. Supersense’s total liability is limited to the value of the supplied equipment. The instruments are intended for use as described in the product documentation.
